To keep our skills fresh and retain our knowledge Goss Components have always invested in training and maintained an Apprentice training Programme.

Over the years this has yielded some outstanding individuals who have gone onwards and upwards in the Engineering & Manufacturing fields to benefit not just Goss but the country as a whole.

Many current employees and managers started out life as an Apprentice, and are still putting their skills to use today.

Our staff retention is exceptional with our longest serving employee just leaving after 48 years of service.
